Selected Work

Selected TIG fabrication work.

A closer look at prototype fabrication, production support, and controlled rework/modification carried out with clean prep, fit-up, weld control, and finish in mind.

Featured Work

Proof through parts, welds, and process.

Work Categories

What the work shows.

Process Proof

Controlled work is built before the weld starts.

Clean Comes First

Contamination, oxide, sharp edges, and poor access are dealt with before the weld starts. Good TIG work depends on preparation, not rescue work.

Mark, Measure, Confirm

Cut points, port positions, critical faces, and fit references are checked before material is committed. Small errors early become expensive errors later.

Fit-Up Controls the Weld

The weld is only as controlled as the fit-up allows. Joint gaps, alignment, access, and restraint are set before heat is added.

Tack Before Commitment

Tacks hold the job in shape before the final weld sequence. They also expose movement, access problems, and fit-up issues before the part is fully committed.

Controlled TIG Welding

Heat input, travel speed, torch access, filler control, and sequence are managed around the material and the job requirement.

Finish as Specified

Parts can be left raw, dressed, polished, treated, or prepared for paint depending on the agreed scope. The finish follows the job, not guesswork.

Checked Before It Leaves

The part is checked against the agreed scope before packing or handover. Fit, weld condition, finish, and obvious handling marks are reviewed before it leaves the bench.
